Knowledge of LFT, LSS, and LISR. Knowledge of CONTPAQi NOMINAS payroll system. Knowledge of SUA systems (Calculation of Employer-Employee Contributions). IDSE portals (Employee Onboarding, Termination, Medical Leave, Reconciliations). FONACOT and INFONAVIT portals (Control of Deductions and Payments). Knowledge of Payroll Processing and Calculations, PTU, Christmas Bonus (Aguinaldo), and Income Tax (ISR). Knowledge of Accounting Journal Entry Recording and Provisions (Contpaq). Calculation of Payroll Tax. Payroll Electronic Invoicing (Timbrado de Nóminas). Payroll and Tax Reconciliations, and CFDI reconciliations. Experience managing payroll templates for over 100 employees and handling multiple legal entities.
