Job Responsibilities * Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections using appropriate measurement tools and test equipment. * Interpret engineering specifications, drawings, and test procedures to verify product conformance. * Identify, document, and report non-conformances, initiating corrective actions when necessary. * Collaborate with engineering and production teams to analyze root causes of quality issues and develop effective solutions. * Participate in process and system audits to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards (e.g., ISO). * Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and inspection plans. * Train junior-level quality technicians on inspection procedures, equipment usage, and quality standards. * Collect and analyze quality data, generating reports for continuous improvement. * Maintain and calibrate test and inspection equipment per established schedules. * Lead small quality improvement projects or actively participate in larger project teams.
