




*This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board* ### **Job opening at LOOK AT company in Centro Sur – Querétaro, Querétaro** **Main responsibilities** * Develop, implement, and monitor the project-specific HSE Program (including Risk Analysis, PTS, hot work permits, work-at-height permits, confined space permits, and electrical Lockout/Tagout - LOTO). * Daily supervision of compliance with applicable Mexican Official Standards (NOMs) for the electrical sector (NOM-001-SEDE-2012, NOM-029-STPS-2011, NOM-020-STPS-2011, NOM-031-STPS-2011, etc.) and international standards (NFPA 70E, OSHA). * Conduct daily site inspections, internal and external audits, and report weekly/monthly safety indicators (TRIR, LTIR, safety observations, etc.). * Coordinate and train both company personnel and contractors on topics including electrical hazards, work-at-height, lifting operations, hazardous substance handling, and emergency response. * Investigate all incidents and near-misses, prepare 5-Whys / TapRoot reports, and define corrective actions with follow-up until closure. * Manage environmental permits and procedures (MIA, LAU, hazardous and non-hazardous waste management, reforestation). * Lead emergency drills and coordinate the project’s multidisciplinary emergency response team. * Manage procurement, control, and replenishment of specialized PPE (dielectric suits, voltage detectors, harnesses, etc.). * Serve as liaison with regulatory authorities (STPS, PROFEPA, Civil Protection, CFE where applicable). **Essential requirements** * Completed engineering degree (Industrial, Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Environmental or related field). * Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience as an HSE Coordinator/Supervisor in electrical infrastructure construction projects (transmission lines, substations, or distribution networks). * Advanced knowledge and practical application of NOM-029-STPS and NOM-020-STPS (electrical hazard work regulations). * Valid STPS External Training Agent certification (DC-5). * Proficiency in international standards: NFPA 70E, ISO 45001, ISO 14001. * Experience managing contractors and leading field teams. * Willingness and ability to travel and remain on-site (camp accommodation) as required by the project. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (preferred). **Desirable certifications** * STPS Safety and Hygiene Committee membership (valid DC-3). * ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certification. * Advanced First Aid and CPR certification.
