




**Position Objective** Provide administrative support to the sales department, ensuring proper customer follow-up, management of billing processes, and generation of sales opportunities that contribute to increased sales and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities** * Follow up with current and potential customers, ensuring continuity throughout the sales cycle. * Prepare, review, and track quotations, purchase orders, and invoicing. * Monitor and respond to customer requests (after-sales, inquiries, complaints, clarifications). * Maintain updated customer databases and the sales CRM system. * Assist in preparing sales reports and business forecasts. * Coordinate with the finance/accounting department to ensure accurate invoice issuance and validation. * Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service and propose actions to increase sales. * Support commercial campaigns, promotions, or customer events. **Required Profile** **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field (preferred). **Experience:** * 1 to 3 years in sales, customer service, or commercial administration. * Experience handling administrative processes (billing, order tracking, reporting). **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in CRM and intermediate/advanced Excel. * Basic knowledge of electronic invoicing. * Strong writing and effective communication skills. **Soft Skills:** * Customer and results orientation. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proactivity and ability to identify sales opportunities. * Teamwork and service-minded attitude. **Performance Indicators:** * Customer satisfaction level (surveys or feedback). * Percentage of effective follow-up with customers/prospects. * Accuracy and timeliness of billing. * Sales growth resulting from identified/supported opportunities.
