Responsibilities and Activities * Comply with safety and hygiene standards applicable to the production process. * Verify cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work areas before and after each process. * Accurately and orderly record information in production logs. * Prepare and condition the water used in the tequila production process. * Supervise and carry out the tequila aging process in barrels, ensuring adherence to specified timeframes and conditions. * Monitor and control fermentation and distillation parameters according to production guidelines.
