**Creative Marketing Leader** **Métrica** is a Mexican strategic consulting firm. We do not operate as a traditional agency or consultancy: **we design strategy, lead teams, and deliver results**. We are seeking a creative individual with strategic thinking and clear vision to lead the creative line of our marketing campaigns, content, and proposals. If you are passionate about transforming ideas into campaigns with real impact, this position is for you. **Responsibilities** * Lead the creative direction of digital campaigns (reels, ads, email newsletters, landing pages, branding). * Ensure all content reflects the vision and tone of client brands and Métrica. * Design creative concepts that bridge strategy and execution. * Review and elevate copy, visuals, and key messages. * Define visual and narrative standards for both internal and client campaigns. * Collaborate with the marketing, design, and strategic leadership teams. **Requirements** * 2+ years of experience applying creativity to digital marketing. * Ability to connect business objectives with effective visual ideas. * Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe suite, etc.). * Excellent judgment in analyzing and reviewing advertising copy. * Preferred: experience with Zoho Campaigns, Gamma.app, and AI-powered tools beyond ChatGPT. * Proactive, organized, and results-oriented attitude. * Up-to-date knowledge of current marketing trends and tools.
