




Job Description and Responsibilities * Operate and adjust screen printer to ensure proper solder paste printing (alignment, pressure, speed, stencil cleaning, etc.). * Configure, operate, and perform model changeovers on Panasonic NPM-W2 machines. * Conduct thermal profile analysis and adjustments on BTU reflow ovens. * Monitor and interpret SPI results to ensure appropriate solder paste thickness and correct deviations. * Perform inspections using Mirtec AOI, program minor modifications, and validate defects. * Carry out basic preventive maintenance on equipment in the area. * Document failures, downtime, and corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with quality, ESD, and safety standards. * Support troubleshooting of soldering, component placement, and process-related defects. * Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to maintain line efficiency. * Desired Skills: * Knowledge of SMT defectology (tombstoning, bridging, insufficient paste, skew, etc.). * Familiarity with IPC-A Experience and Requirements * Prior experience in SMT processes. * Knowledge of operating NPM-W2, screen printers, and AOI/SPI systems (experience with Mirtec and BTU preferred). * Ability to read work instructions, diagrams, and BOMs. * Basic computer and SMT machine software proficiency. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Focus on quality, problem analysis, and teamwork.
