




Important Institution is looking for your talent as: Human Resources Assistant Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Administration, or related field. Minimum of 2 years in a similar position. Experience supervising general services personnel. Main responsibilities * Manage personnel administration and performance evaluation processes. * Coordinate recruitment, selection, hiring, and employee training. * Administer payrolls, benefits, records, and procedures before IMSS, INFONAVIT, STPS, and Union. * Design human resources strategies and plans aligned with institutional objectives. * Implement employee well-being and occupational health actions according to NOM\-035\. * Review and update HR policies and procedures to promote continuous improvement. * Foster positive labor relations and a collaborative work environment. * Promote integration activities and organizational belonging. Required knowledge: * **Labor legislation** (Federal Labor Law, IMSS Law, INFONAVIT, Ministry of Labor, and union regulations). * Calculation of earnings and deductions, incident management, record control, and benefits administration. * **Compliance and occupational safety standards:** especially **NOM\-035\-STPS** (psychosocial risk factors). * **Indicator management and continuous improvement:** policy review, performance metrics, and HR data analysis. * **Technological tools:** payroll systems, advanced Excel, and talent management platforms (ERP or HRM).
