Welcome to Bosch. **Job Description** Your mission will be to lead the planning and administration of civil maintenance at Bosch Querétaro, ensuring safe, functional, and continuously operational facilities. You will coordinate and supervise building maintenance activities, renovation projects, and cleaning and landscaping services, guaranteeing quality, compliance, and flawless execution by both contractors and internal staff. You will track service requests, schedule daily activities, and document progress. Additionally, you will prepare clear scopes of work for external contractors and keep 5S findings up to date, contributing to the preservation, image, and optimal operation of all our facilities. **Qualifications** **Requirements:** * **Education:** Four-year Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in **Civil Engineering** or **Architecture**. * **Experience:** Minimum of **3 years’ experience** in similar roles, including development of **layouts**, **renders**, and advanced work in **AutoCAD**. **Skills and Knowledge:** * **English:** Level **B2**. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD**, layout design, render creation, and modeling tools. * Knowledge of **ISO 14000**, **OSHA**, **CAD**, **MS Project**, and **Microsoft Office**. * **Strategic mindset** and experience in **project management and execution**. * **Strategic management** capability and ability to coordinate complex initiatives. * **Interdisciplinary thinking** and holistic perspective for decision-making.
