**Position Objective:** Coordinate and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of plant-wide energy and general services systems, ensuring the availability, reliability, and safe operation of equipment such as boilers, compressed air, steam, water, gas, cold storage warehouses, and wastewater treatment plants (PTAR). Lead technical staff, ensure work execution meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards, and coordinate maintenance activities on buildings and minor civil infrastructure. **Main Activities:** * Supervise work orders (corrective, preventive, predictive). * Ensure proper functioning of boilers, compressed air, PTAR, etc. * Verify operation of critical systems and compliance with regulations. * Respond to emergencies related to general services. * Supervise fabrication/modification civil works in process areas. * Supervise metalwork, structural steel, and sheet metal tasks. * Coordinate maintenance activities on buildings and civil infrastructure. * Collaborate with planners for proper maintenance scheduling. * Supervise technical personnel in the field. * Coordinate evaluation of external contractors. * Handle technical interventions in energy and service systems. **Job Requirements:** **Education:** * Engineering degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related) **Experience:** * 1 year in the position * 2 years in the field **Technical Knowledge:** * Electrical systems * Basic refrigeration * Instrumentation * Boilers * Office software * Electrical cables **Tool Handling:** * Hand tools * Ammeter * Control accessories * Equipment for working with electrical cables **Required Competencies:** * Leadership and communication * Problem solving * Technical knowledge * Time management * Teamwork * Adaptability * Organization Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: $28,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Company parking * Option for indefinite contract * Life insurance * Discounted cafeteria service * Company phone * Additional vacations or paid leave * Grocery vouchers Application Question(s): * Would you be available to relocate?
