





***This position is officially titled Senior Planning and Scheduling Manager and reports to the Operations department*** **General Objective** Responsible for leading a cross functional business forecasting process with inputs from key stakeholders and enablers including Sales, Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain. This position provides robust data structures and toolsets, enabling senior level engagement to strategically control and drive the business decision\-making processes. **Responsibilities** * Facilitate the monthly operating cycles for S\&IOP inputs, analysis, and reviews. * Enable data\-driven discovery and decision\-making to collaborate with key stakeholders for business process improvements related to demand signals. * Perform extensive data analytics, including extracting, compiling, reviewing, interpreting, visualizing, and communicating action plan recommendations for Senior * Leadership, leveraging multiple business systems, tools, metrics, and reports. * Lead the formulation of data models, key metrics, and forecasts to communicate and manage the effectiveness of S\&IOP inputs, outputs and overall forecast and inventory accuracy * Leads the material supply phase\-in / phase\-out transition plans related to new products, changing suppliers, and / or other related activities and incorporates such plans into the SIOP Demand Planning Process. * For each active item, evaluate demand and supply characteristics and create a Plan for Every Part which ensures consistently high service levels (material availability) while also ensuring that the level of inventory carried is as small as possible. * Working with other functional departments and with vendors, develop action plans to reduce excess and obsolete inventory while avoiding scrap charges. * Analyze and calculate inventory entitlement by category and develop plans and take actions to maintain inventory at or below entitlement levels while shipping customer requirements on time and complete. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain efficiency, costs, and service levels * Lead and develop local supply chain teams, fostering continuous improvement and best practices **Experience and education** * Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Operations, Supply Chain, Business or a related field * 5\-10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory * APICS Certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus * Experience with Tableau / Power BI * MRP /ERP; VAI \& QAD preferred. * Experience with business planning: processes, data \& tools * Materials and inventory management lean practices * Ability to effectively communicate to lead collaborative efforts across the business and influence a variety of functional roles, including multiple levels of leadership * Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including ability to present to various teams * Innovative perspective with the ability to stay organized and manage multiple high priority tasks, while ensuring maintenance of attention to detail * Strong business acumen, business intelligence, and analytical ability to translate our data into digestible business information for multiple stakeholders Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Beneficios: * Seguro de gastos médicos * Seguro de vida Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
