The largest corporate restaurant group in the northern region of the country Seeking for its corporate offices **PAYROLL SPECIALIST** Requirements: · Demonstrable experience as a payroll analyst, payroll coordinator, or in a similar position · In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and regional tax and payroll regulations · Practical experience with payroll software · Familiarity with Excel and spreadsheet applications · Excellent analytical skills · Ability to work under tight deadlines · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, or a related field **Key Responsibilities:** · Enter new employees into the payroll system for payment processing · Submit payroll for manager review; if modifications are required, send an email requesting such changes, which will then be implemented in the payroll to ensure accurate employee payments · Implement requested changes and generate the final payroll · Print payroll slips and attendance lists for distribution to branches and employees, who will sign their pay stubs · Calculate final settlements for employees who resign or are terminated · Export payroll transactions to SEA to calculate IMSS, RCV, and INF contributions due · Generate monthly cumulative reports and calculate IMSS contributions per branch · Calculate and generate salary bases for social security contributions · Enter employee medical leaves into the SUA system · Conduct IMSS-payroll-SUA reconciliation to ensure all employees are accurately reflected in the database Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $4,000.00 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Discounts and preferential pricing * Free parking Work Location: On-site employment
