**REQUIREMENTS****:** · Male or female · Age 28 to 45 **· Completed Engineering degree** · 5 years of experience as Mechanical Workshop Supervisor with personnel under supervision. **KNOWLEDGE:** · Automotive mechanics and technical services. · Preventive and corrective maintenance · Diesel engine maintenance · Gasoline vehicle maintenance · Electromechanical maintenance **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Perform preventive maintenance on vehicles according to unit requirements and operational results. · Perform corrective maintenance on vehicles according to reported failures, providing repair follow-up through service orders. · Prepare a Service Order for each vehicle entering the workshop for any service, specifying the required parts and type of maintenance to be performed. · Attach the service order to vehicles entering the Mechanical Workshop to ensure identification during maintenance or repair processes. · Deliver the completed original Service Order to the person responsible for archiving these documents. · Timely report the preventive maintenance schedule to the Traffic Coordinator so that all corresponding units are scheduled within required timeframes. · Promptly carry out and attend off-site or external repair requests, effectively coordinating repair processes with the Traffic Coordinator and the unit operator. · Maintain absolute order and cleanliness within the workshop facilities, effectively controlling tool inventory. · Manage disposal of liquids and automotive parts in designated areas, ensuring final waste disposal is coordinated with the contracted company. · Timely request spare parts and tools from the Administrative Assistant needed to fulfill issued service orders. **TECHNICAL SKILLS:** · Computer and mechanical maintenance software operation. · Laser Scanner operation · Tracking of preventive and corrective maintenance programs. · Tire inventory administration and control Employment type: Full-time Salary: $24,000.00 - $28,000.00 per month Benefits: * Gym discount * Company parking * Option for indefinite contract * Discounted cafeteria service * Company phone * Free uniforms Work location: On-site
