Requirements * Required academic level: High school or vocational training * Academic status: Diploma or certificate * Experience: 6 months \- 1 year in QUALITY INSPECTION * Knowledge(s) and tool(s): + Knowledge of tequila production processes. + Familiarity with NOM regulations. * Language(s): + None * Skill(s) and competency(ies): + Teamwork + Proactivity + Work quality + Results orientation * Candidate availability: + No travel required Schedule Some days Full-time 07:00 \- 15:00 Schedule clarification: Monday to Friday, 7:00 to 15:00 hours; Saturday, 7:00 to 14:00 hours. Functions and activities * Verify sanitary conditions in plants, equipment, and storage areas. * Apply NOM\-006\-SCFI\-2012 and other related standards for tequila production and food safety. * Ensure proper documentation of processes for traceability and auditing purposes. * Supervise and validate that manufactured products comply with current technical specifications and quality regulations. * Verify that agave, juices, musts, and finished tequila meet established physical and chemical parameters.
