




**Job Profile:** Area: Engineering / Projects / Structures Reports to: Engineering Manager / Project Director Location: [Mexico City, Supervises: Technical staff and/or drafters assigned to the project **Job Objective:** To design, calculate, and develop safe, efficient, and sustainable structural solutions for various types of buildings and infrastructure, applying current regulatory standards and advanced modeling tools, as well as supervising and coordinating technical activities of subordinate personnel. **Key Responsibilities:** Design shallow and deep foundations according to project conditions. Propose and develop structural projects using various materials (steel, concrete, composite, etc.). Prepare structural calculation reports in compliance with current regulations. Generate detailed structural construction drawings. Conduct on-site surveys of buildings for structural diagnosis or design purposes. Model structures using specialized software (static and dynamic seismic analysis). Develop three-dimensional structural models for analysis and presentation. Calculate, design, and analyze structural elements in steel and reinforced concrete. Evaluate existing structures and propose structural reinforcement projects where necessary. Perform audits and technical reviews of structural projects prepared by third parties. Conduct wind load analyses in accordance with applicable regulations (CFE and RCDF NTCs). Provide technical advice regarding structural safety during real estate leasing or purchasing processes. **Job Requirements:** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in structures (a graduate degree in structures is preferred). Experience: Minimum 7 years in structural design and development of construction documents. Proven experience in structural calculations, supervision, and auditing of projects. **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, STAAD Pro, etc.). Advanced knowledge of national regulations (CDMX NTCs, RCDF, CFE Design Manual, etc.). Ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings. BIM modeling (Revit preferred). Knowledge of structural materials and construction techniques. **Skills:** Technical problem analysis and resolution. Technical leadership and team supervision.
