About You: We are looking for an industrial maintenance technician with experience and strong technical knowledge in mechanical and industrial electrical systems to join the Asset Care team in the distillery area. This person will contribute their passion and technical expertise to keep equipment and systems in optimal condition, supporting the team’s efforts to achieve high performance. Responsibilities:* Execute maintenance activities on infrastructure and electromechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment. * Implement actions and standards of Excellence Manufacturing (TRACC) and quality management systems. * Participate in root cause analyses to proactively identify and eliminate technical risks that could impact quality, productivity, and cost. * Collaborate in achieving the maintenance department's KPI objectives. * Participate in investment projects by providing feedback to the engineering team for technical proposal development. * Comply with safety and hygiene guidelines. * Support supervision of maintenance activities performed by contractors. About the role:* This individual will be responsible for executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities on distillery equipment and infrastructure, maintaining them in optimal condition to enable safe, high-quality production with high performance. * The candidate will work within a global culture, which will allow them not only to enhance their technical knowledge but also to learn excellence manufacturing practices, developing comprehensively as a professional in areas such as quality, safety, administration, etc., opening doors for growth within the organization in areas such as Asset Care and Engineering. Required Experience / Skills / Competencies / Languages:* 2 years of experience as an industrial maintenance technician. * Technical degree or incomplete engineering studies in mechanical and/or electrical fields. * Computer skills in MS Office, SAP (desirable). * Ability to interpret electrical, civil, pneumatic, and hydraulic drawings (desirable). * Problem analysis and resolution skills. * Proactive.
