Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to design, develop, and implement training programs, ensuring continuous improvement of employee skills within the company. Key Highlights: 1. Age: Not specified Gender: Not specified Experience in similar position: Minimum 2 years **Key Responsibilities:** * **Needs Assessment (NA):** Conduct diagnostics to identify skill and training gaps. * **Design and Development:** Create content, manuals, classroom-based courses, and instructional materials. * **Implementation and Logistics:** Coordinate and facilitate courses, workshops, and the *onboarding* process. * **Evaluation and Reporting:** Monitor training effectiveness. * **Administrative Management:** Manage vendors and maintain records (including compliance with Mexican labor regulations such as STPS, e.g., DC\-3 and DC\-4). Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1\.5-hour lunch break), and Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
