




**Job Description and Responsibilities** We are seeking a **Technical Support Engineer for Seguritech Private Capital Humano** to join the **Installations** team at the **Camargo location.** The position is **on-site and at construction sites**, with **90% of work performed in the field**. The main objective of the role is to **maintain service levels** by performing **preventive and corrective maintenance** on various technologies. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various technologies to maintain service levels. * Timely documentation of assigned tickets through the monitoring and control system, adhering to policies and processes. * Analyze faults reported by the client to ensure proper system operation. * Work as part of a team and in crews. * Mobility availability to support other municipalities. * The job is 90% field-based. **Required Profile** **Education and Experience:** * **Academic Background:** Engineering (incomplete degree), Technical Degree or High School Diploma. * **Previous Experience:** Minimum 6 months in: * Configuration of computing equipment. * Telecommunications networks, link configuration, switches, and structured cabling. * Electronics, low and medium voltage, neutrals and phases. * Use of multimeter and physical grounding. * Working at heights. * **Desirable Knowledge:** CCTV, DVR, IP Cameras. * **Certifications:** Certification not required. **Additional Requirements:** * Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles. * Possession of a standard driver's license. * Comfort working at heights. * Schedule availability: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, weekend availability if required (with additional pay) **Competencies and Soft Skills:** * Teamwork. * Problem solving.
