Job description: Your missions within the store team:**Creating a unique in-store experience for every customer:** * Give a warm welcome to each customer * Accompany and retain our customers throughout their shopping experience * Manage checkout processes following established procedures * Offer Maisons du Monde services to our customers (Alma, Rhinov...) * Handle \& process click \& collect orders * Manage checkout processes following established procedures **Styling your store:** * Participate in deliveries, restocking, and product implementation—including new themes—to enhance our collections * Implement our merchandising plan to inspire our customers **Being a driver of your store's success:** * Know your store's commercial indicators and work with managers and the team to implement action plans to achieve goals * Increase sales and conversion rate **Being a brand ambassador:** * Be an ambassador and represent the brand (know company projects, share them with customers, etc.) Profile: You share our values of optimism, creativity, commitment, and closeness—join us!
