We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator who ensures continuous equipment operation and leads the technical team with a results-oriented focus. Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities * Assign and track work orders * Ensure equipment and machinery availability * Identify failures and implement effective solutions * Manage spare parts, tools, and suppliers * Monitor maintenance indicators (MTTR, MTBF, compliance, etc.) * Supervise the technical team and optimize their performance * Ensure compliance with safety standards Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance * Experience coordinating technicians or operational staff * Knowledge in: Electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, or pneumatics * Preventive and corrective maintenance * Maintenance indicators (preferred) * Work order systems or management systems * Practical, solution-oriented, and organized profile Preferred: * Experience in continuous improvement (5S, TPM, Lean) * Supplier management * Proficiency in Excel or maintenance management systems This is a key position for operations, so we seek someone with **high responsiveness and immediate availability**.
