You do not need to be a carpentry expert — **we provide comprehensive training from scratch!** Your primary responsibility will be greeting customers in-store and accurately entering their project measurements into our computer program for seamless handoff to the production department. **The more projects you process correctly per month, the more you earn!** **What will your responsibilities be?** * **Customer Greeting and Welcome:** Greet customers and carpenters visiting the branch with an excellent attitude. * **Project Data Entry:** Listen to customer needs and precisely record dimensions of their components (MDF and melamine) in our technical computer software. * **Production Flow Management:** Ensure project information is properly processed in the system so the cutting department can begin work immediately. * **Friendly Consultation:** Show customers the available in-store catalog of colors, materials, and textures. * **Quotations:** Assist customers in quickly and easily calculating material costs and component breakdowns. **What qualifications do you need?** * **Education:** Completed high school diploma (certificate required). * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, counter positions, cashier roles, store assistant roles, or data entry (industries such as hardware stores, supermarkets, or general retail). * **Basic Skills:** Proficiency using computers (numeric keypad), ability to perform basic mathematical operations, and attention to detail to enter numbers accurately. * **Competencies:** Punctuality, friendliness, organization, and strong willingness to learn a new system. **Our Compensation and Benefits Package:** * **Guaranteed Base Salary:** $12,800 \- $14,000 MXN per month (based on qualifications). * **Monthly COMMISSION STRUCTURE:** Earn additional income directly tied to the volume of projects you successfully process in the system!
