




Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer with experience in Windows environments, networking, and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Key Highlights: 1. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills · Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, IT Support Technician, or similar position · Practical experience with Windows/Windows Server environments, VPNs, Closed-Circuit systems, Remote Access Links, networks, and switches · Solid knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technical products · Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues · Familiarity with remote desktop applications and technical support software · Excellent communication and problem-solving skills · Ability to provide step-by-step technical assistance, both written and verbal **SALARY:** **$12,500.00 to $15,000.00 MONTHLY GROSS (BEFORE TAXES)** **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Sunday: FIXED DAY OFF Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,500.00 - $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
