Provides on-site and remote technical support to customers. **A cutting-edge technology company dedicated to the marketing and installation of industrial machinery for the furniture and woodworking industries is looking for...** **A Field-Experienced Technical Services Engineer** **Requirements:** * Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery for the woodworking and furniture-making sectors. * General knowledge of Mechanics, Electricity, Electronics, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, units of measurement, diagram reading, electrical schematics interpretation, software, and computer skills. * Specific knowledge of operating and handling edge banders, veneer presses, panel saws, CNC drills, among others. * Knowledge of service tracking, customer interaction, effective customer management, logbooks, service tracking forms, excellent verbal and written communication skills, sense of urgency, and extroverted personality. * Willingness to travel (by car, plane, or bus). Job Duties: * Performs preventive and corrective maintenance services on machinery for the woodworking/furniture-making industry. * Executes installations and training for equipment commissioning and adjustment at the customer's location. * Prepares service reports per visit. * Provides on-site and remote technical support to customers. * Maintains tools in good condition and safeguards them. * Performs any other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
