JOIN US AS **• IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT** **• Requirements** Computer Systems Engineering degree Age: 25–30 years **Experience** * Minimum 2 years of experience in computer equipment repair and maintenance. * Experience in technical support (hardware and software). * Knowledge of hosting (WordPress, WHM), NAS, and networks. **Technical Skills** * Knowledge of local area networks (LAN). * Proficiency in handling network hubs and concentrators. * Experience in structured cabling. * Basic NAS usage and administration skills. * Configuration and administration of TP-Link access points. * Proficiency in cPanel and WHM usage and administration. * Junior-level programming knowledge for developing **local** applications. **Responsibilities** * Network administration and scanning to monitor traffic. * Management of private server on NAS. * Hosting administration. * Email and website review and support. * Computer equipment repair and maintenance. * Software installation and data recovery. **We Offer** * Salary: $13,000 net monthly. * Statutory benefits. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * Work location: Lomas Verdes 3rd Section, Naucalpan.
