Problem solving and initiative **Purpose of the Position** Supervise project execution, ensuring quality and safety in construction processes involving reinforcement, lifting, assembly of structural elements and roofing, while guaranteeing adherence to the construction schedule and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop the project execution schedule and monitor progress with the client * Review and control allocated resources (personnel, budget, and materials) * Verify proper use of machinery and equipment * Ensure timely delivery and on-site safety conditions * Track billing estimates and reconcile volumes (contracted, surplus, and extraordinary) * Monitor work progress (actual vs. scheduled) and cost vs. progress * Optimize resource allocation to improve efficiency and minimize costs * Resolve incidents and issues arising during project execution * Provide comprehensive site supervision (schedule, costs, volumes, extra work, contracts, machinery, and tools) * Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely supply and proper execution * Participate in organizational activities (training, audits, committees, etc.) * Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization **Requirements** * Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role * Knowledge of construction project management * Familiarity with construction machinery and equipment * Proficiency in applicable codes, standards, and regulations * Proficiency in Microsoft Office **Competencies** * Leadership * Organization * Initiative * Conflict management * Teamwork and performance under pressure * Problem solving * Decision making * Customer orientation **Position Conditions** * **Willingness to travel frequently** * Flexible working hours **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Professional development
