




Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and communicative individual to ensure proper assignment, tracking, and closure of field technical support services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Use of Ticketing Tools (ServiceNow, Freshdesk, Zendesk) We are a company dedicated to delivering Information Technology (IT) services and are looking to integrate into our team a well-organized individual with effective communication skills and an operational monitoring focus, who will support the proper delivery of our services. **Job Objective** * Ensure proper assignment, tracking, and closure of field technical support services using ticketing tools, coordinating field engineers, and guaranteeing adherence to service response times and quality standards. **Required Profile** * Proven experience coordinating field technical staff and using ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Freshdesk, Zendesk, etc.) * SLA monitoring * Remote technician coordination **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 08:30 to 18:30 * Saturday on-call shifts (remote): 08:30 to 14:00 **Compensation and Benefits** * Gross monthly salary: $12,000 * Bi-weekly payment via BBVA * Full statutory benefits * Year-end bonus: 15 days * Vacation: 12 days starting from the first year * Vacation premium: 25% * 100% IMSS coverage * Monthly food vouchers: $1,300 per month * Meal allowance: $600 per month * Work tools: smartphone with plan and laptop * Work location: Puebla, near Plaza del Sol Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
