




Responsible for cleaning and disinfecting dishes, glassware, kitchen utensils, and small equipment, ensuring timely availability. Provides support in maintaining general order and cleanliness in the kitchen area, following the hotel’s hygiene and safety standards. * Provides general support to the kitchen area when operational needs require it. * Proper handling of waste and care of work equipment. The position may require working double shifts during periods of high operation or service needs, in compliance with internal regulations.
