*For over ten decades, we have established ourselves as the restaurant in Puebla with the strongest tradition in Poblano gastronomy, and to continue this legacy, we are currently seeking a* **Cochambrero** *to join our team.* **Requirements:** * Age: 25 to 37 years. * Gender: Indifferent. * Education: Completed high school. * Must live near downtown Puebla or have convenient transportation access. * Minimum experience: 2 years as a cochambrero (verifiable). **Main responsibilities:** * Pre-washing and washing of kitchen utensils. * Washing of cochambre. * Covering dishwashing duties one day per week. * Cleaning and disinfecting the washing area. * Removing and disposing of waste in designated containers. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the assigned area. * Assisting with general kitchen cleaning tasks. * Helping with receiving and storing products. * Following established hygiene and food safety procedures. * Proper use of chemical products and personal protective equipment. **Knowledge:** * Hygienic handling of food and FIFO (First In, First Out). * Safe handling of detergents, disinfectants, and cleaning products. * Manual washing and disinfection techniques. * Waste classification according to environmental regulations (organic, recyclable, etc.). * Methods for maintaining optimal working conditions in the work area. **Skills:** * Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. * Capacity to perform repetitive tasks accurately. * Effective collaboration with kitchen staff. * Proactive attitude to support other areas when needed. * Ability to identify utensils requiring additional washing or disinfection. * Ensuring no food residue remains on utensils. * Capacity to stand for extended periods. * Frequent handling of light to moderate loads. * Punctuality and responsible attitude toward assigned tasks. * Strict adherence to hygiene standards. **We offer:** * Weekly pay + tips. * Daily wage of $333.81 MXN. * Rotating weekly schedule: - Sunday through Thursday: 10:00 to 18:00 or 11:00 to 19:00. - Friday and Saturday: 11:00 to 19:00 or 12:00 to 20:00. * Rest day: One rotating day per week. * Immediate hiring. * One meal per day. * Medical and laboratory service agreement for the employee and their immediate family members.
