Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide hardware and software technical support, ALARO ERP system training, user and email management, and report generation and transaction processing. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive hardware and software technical support. 2. ALARO ERP system management and training. 3. User, email, and report administration. SKILLS: * Advanced Excel knowledge (Database). * Operating systems: ALARO ERP/Linux/Windows/Mac. * Basic knowledge of Income and Expenses. ACTIVITIES: * Technical support: Hardware (physical equipment, computers, keyboards, mice, printers, ticket printers). Software (installation of programs for proper operation, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, antivirus, general updates, SGI "Visual Basic", ALARO ERP). * ALARO ERP system training. * Importing ALARO ERP databases. * Creating users in ALARO ERP systems. * Creating and enabling new email accounts. * Creating new users in projects. * Resolving server email and/or ALARO ERP system failures. * Report generation and/or estimates. * Reprinting tickets and policies. * Data entry into the ALARO ERP system. * Verifying correct data entry in the ALARO ERP system. * Canceling or modifying income and expense entries in the ALARO ERP system. * Generating charge notes for fees. * Generating reimbursement and vendor payment requests. * Reporting checks issued during the month.
