Job Summary: We are seeking an accounting professional with no experience or a recent graduate eager to grow and learn, to perform daily accounting, tax, and payroll functions. Key Highlights: 1. Highly professional profile, **with no experience or recently graduated**, and **eager to grow and learn**. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Accounting recording of **daily transactions in accounting systems** (income, expense, and journal vouchers). * **Monthly bank reconciliations** and review of financial transactions. * Determination and **calculation of federal and state taxes**: Income Tax (ISR), Value Added Tax (IVA), withholdings, State Tax on Net Assets (ISN), Digital Information Return on Operations with Third Parties (DIOT), among others. * Preparation and **filing of monthly and annual tax returns** with the Tax Administration Service (SAT). * Calculation of **payroll and labor obligations**: Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), National Workers' Housing Fund Institute (Infonavit), Income Tax on Salaries (ISR), Unified Affiliation and Contribution Statement (SUA), Integrated Declaration of Social Security Contributions (IDSE). * Integration and **review of electronic accounting records** (trial balance, vouchers, subsidiary ledgers). * Preparation of **basic financial statements**: trial balance, income statement, and financial position statement. * Responding to requests and clarifications from tax authorities and social security agencies. * **Document review**: invoices, CFDI (Digital Fiscal Receipts), contracts, receipts, and accounting supporting documents. * **Basic client advisory services** on tax compliance and accounting obligations.
