**We continue growing and are looking for someone who wants to develop with us — we are seeking our new** General Helper / Loader **Schedules (Rotating):** * Shift 1: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Mon\-Sat) * Shift 2: 3:00 PM to 10:30 PM (Mon\-Sat) * Shift 3: 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM (Mon\-Fri) **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Prior experience in loading/unloading or as a general helper is preferred. * Physical work capacity. * Availability to rotate shifts and work overtime. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operation of hydraulic pallet jacks (training provided). * Receiving, counting, loading/unloading, and packaging materials. * Assembling and strapping packages. * Cleaning and organizing the work area. **We Offer:** * Salary: **$8,364 monthly** ($1,875 weekly). * Weekly payment every Friday. * IMSS coverage and enhanced benefits starting from day one. * Starting from the 3rd month: Grocery vouchers ($1,500\) and Attendance Bonus ($250\). * Benefits including Christmas bonus (25 days), vacation premium (50%), additional rest days, school expense support, and savings fund.
