Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, service-oriented Corporate IT Support Technician capable of working under pressure and focused on problem resolution to ensure operational continuity. Key Highlights: 1. On-site and remote technical support for corporate users. 2. Diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software failures. 3. Ticket management and LAN/WAN network support. **IMPORTANT: A Tlalnepantla-based hardware distributor invites you to become part of its history.** ***Corporate IT Support Technician*** specialized in delivering support to ensure technological service continuity and compliance with corporate standards. *Proactive, service-oriented, and able to work under pressure while meeting response time requirements. Problem-solving skills, effective communication, and customer focus. Case organization and tracking.* ***Main Responsibilities:*** * On-site and remote technical support for corporate users. * Diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software failures. * Installation and configuration of computers, printers, and network devices. * Ticket management and tracking via help desk. * Configuration of corporate email and Microsoft 365 tools. * LAN/WAN network and VPN connectivity support. * Preventive and corrective maintenance. ***Technical Knowledge:*** * Windows 10/11 operating systems. * Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive). * Technical installation skills: Network cabling (conduit), RJ45 cable termination, cable dressing. * Installation of Lutrom and Incom sensors. * Operating system installation. * CCTV camera installation. * Remote support (AnyDesk, TeamViewer). * Hardware maintenance. * Data backup. * Inventory management. ***We Offer:*** Base salary of $12,000 gross per month Attendance and punctuality bonuses Grocery vouchers Statutory benefits Direct employment with the company Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM ***Requirements:*** * Minimum education: Upper secondary education – Technological High School Diploma * Less than 1 year of experience * **DO NOT LIVE MORE THAN 1 HOUR FROM THE WORK LOCATION, TLALNEPANTLA** Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $11,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
