Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to prepare and manage payroll, IMSS/FONACOT transactions, and employee inquiries. Key Responsibilities: 1. Weekly and biweekly payroll processing 2. Management of IMSS and FONACOT transactions 3. Assistance regarding payroll payments and deductions TRANSCOOLER, A REFRIGERATED TRANSPORT COMPANY, IS SEEKING PAYROLL ANALYST * Weekly and biweekly payroll processing * Timely payroll disbursement * IMSS and FONACOT transactions * IMSS and INFONAVIT certificates * FONACOT certificate * Risk Premium Declaration * Requesting extensions and preparing partial payments * Calculation of the 3% contribution on payroll * Requesting payroll incidents from departments * SUA and FONACOT control * Management of IDSE, SIPARE, FONACOT and FONACOT * Providing respectful assistance for payroll payment inquiries, general deductions, bonuses, etc. * Sending employee registration confirmations (hires, terminations, salary modifications) to relevant departments immediately upon completion * Preparing severance packages and/or employee settlements accurately and promptly, as authorized by General Management and involved departments * Requesting funding for weekly and biweekly payrolls and settlements * Managing and controlling the savings fund and its loans * Weekly reporting of driver balances * Recording charge notes WORK LOCATION: TULTITLAN, IN FRONT OF THE BUENAVISTA MEXIBUS STATION INTERESTED CANDIDATES MAY APPLY THROUGH THIS PLATFORM OR SEND THEIR CV TO **5579667038** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $11,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Life insurance Workplace: On-site employment
