Job Summary: An Application Engineer who trains and advises personnel, provides advanced technical support, and develops technical proposals for integrated project solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Training and advisory services for technical and sales personnel. 2. Advanced technical support at national and international levels. 3. Development of integrated solutions for projects. Important: A leading international manufacturer and distributor of marking, coding, and labeling systems technologies is seeking your talent to join its team as: **APPLICATION ENGINEER** **Requirements:** ·Mechatronics, Electronics, or Information Systems Engineering (degree required) ·2–3 years of experience in a similar position \- Intermediate conversational English (MANDATORY) **Required Skills:** Negotiation Ability to communicate effectively with managerial-level personnel Solid knowledge of electricity and electronics **General Responsibilities:** \- Train, advise, and certify technical support staff and sales force on the product portfolio. \- Provide advanced technical support to local staff and distributors in Mexico and LATAM. \- Communicate with the manufacturer regarding technical support matters. \- Support quotation preparation. \- Inventory management. \- Maintain demonstration equipment in optimal condition. \- Prepare product samples. \- Identify and develop suppliers. \- Prepare technical reports. \- Support the sales department during demonstrations and/or technical support activities. \- Develop technical proposals for integrated project solutions. **Offer:** ·Monthly salary: $22,000–$25,000 gross ·Performance-based bonuses ·Indefinite-term employment contract after probation period ·Statutory benefits ·Enhanced benefits beyond statutory requirements (food vouchers, savings fund, life insurance, funeral insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, additional 15 days’ bonus, additional bonuses) ·Company vehicle and fuel allowance. ·Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM Location: Atizapán de Zaragoza, State of México.
