REQUIREMENTS: \-Age between 20 and 30 years. \-Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in systems, informatics, computer science, or related field. \-Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support. \-Knowledge of preventive and corrective computer equipment maintenance. \-Support for printers, ticket printers, scanners, and handheld devices. \-Basic knowledge of networks, routers, and switches. \-Changing IP addresses and domain configurations on devices. \-Cable crimping. \-User assistance and support. RESPONSIBILITIES: \-Laptop and computer equipment maintenance and repair. \-Installation and configuration of equipment and peripherals. \-Technical fault diagnosis and resolution. \-On-site and remote technical support. \-Network and connectivity support.
