* Track negotiations with international suppliers, ensuring compliance with commercial terms (FOB, CIF, DDP).
* Coordinate and negotiate with shipping lines for maritime imports.
* Negotiate with domestic land transport companies from Manzanillo to CDMX or other national destinations.
* Review and collect import documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, certificates of origin, bill of lading (BL), permits, etc.
* Organize physical and digital files in accordance with audit and tax requirements.
* Support the accounting and tax departments in closing logistics files.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, International Relations, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
* In-depth knowledge of Incoterms 2020 (CIF, FOB, DDP).
* Proficiency in TIGIE, SNICE, VUCEM, and current customs legislation.
* Strong commercial and logistics negotiation skills with foreign suppliers.
* Intermediate-to-advanced English (written negotiation, technical communication, and follow-up).
* Proficiency in document management tools and Excel.
