We are seeking a Technical Advisor to join Control 2000 as a Technical Advisor in the Customer Support team for Accounting Administration. The selected candidate must hold one of the following degrees and have experience in software installation: (Computer Technician, Bachelor’s in Business Administration, or Bachelor’s in Administrative Informatics). • Basic administrative and accounting knowledge: o What is a CFDI? o Accounts receivable o Accounts payable o Purchasing o Basic accounting • Technical skills and proficiency in using systems. • Service-oriented attitude and strong verbal communication skills. and proficiency with tools such as TeamViewer. The ideal candidate must demonstrate basic skills in accounting administration. Additionally, the candidate must have experience in software installation and maintenance, ensuring operational efficiency and necessary technical support. TeamViewer usage will be essential for remote support and resolution of technical issues. (Training provided if unfamiliar with this platform). This position is on-site; therefore, the candidate must attend the company’s office during scheduled hours. The Technical Advisor is expected to work collaboratively within a team, partnering with other department members to achieve established objectives.
