




Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Analyst with experience in collections to advise, monitor, and report on operations, meet targets, and analyze data to enhance support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Advising and monitoring collection executives 2. Data analysis for support tools 3. Call monitoring and system validation The position includes the following responsibilities: (Minimum 6 months of experience in collections required) Providing accurate guidance to collection executives. Daily follow-up with assigned executives. System validation. Monitoring live calls remotely or via recordings. Reporting relevant or unusual operations according to established guidelines. Attending and participating in training sessions. Meeting team-established targets. Analyzing relevant data to transform it into support tools. Providing reports and updates on work performed.
