Skills in all types of cooking and plating KITCHEN ASSISTANT POSITION We are looking for an experienced cook who is committed and passionate about gastronomy to immediately join our team. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Food production and preparation (vinaigrettes, salads, dressings, sauces, stews). * Restocking the line as needed, as well as refrigerators, to ensure products are ready for service. * Assembling and producing raw ingredients within the dining area. * Performing cleaning tasks in production areas. * Knowledge of food hygiene handling standards. * Service attention and timeliness. * Preparing cold or hot foods according to established recipes. * Ensuring dishes meet appropriate quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards. * Cleaning utensils and work areas. * Minimum verifiable experience of 2 years. * Skills in all types of cooking and plating. * Teamwork, adherence to guidelines and instructions. **COMPETENCIES:** · Cleanliness and order. · Organization and planning. · Responsibility. · Knowledge of techniques. · Teamwork. · Working under pressure. · Punctuality. **BENEFITS** · Base salary of $9,500.00 net per month · Dining facility service · Statutory benefits · Tips **SCHEDULE** * Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off * Rotating shifts Employment type: Full-time Salary: $9,500.00 – $9,800.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
