Construction Site Resident We are looking for a Construction Site Resident to supervise and coordinate construction processes of contractors and work crews to ensure that work is carried out according to the project, meeting established timelines, quality standards, and current regulations: **Job responsibilities and activities**. \- Supervise and coordinate on-site activities: foundations, structures, and installations \- Management and control of work crews, subcontractors, and specialized contractors (masons, ironworkers, carpenters, plumbers, electricians) \- Plan and monitor the construction schedule to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality completion \- Verify proper execution of installation tests in housing units and common areas prior to handover \- Prepare weekly progress reports and updates \- Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and project specifications **Experience**: Minimum 2 years as a Construction Site Resident. Proven experience in construction of apartment buildings and/or mass housing projects. Solid knowledge of construction processes, steel structures, finishes, and installations. Familiarity with current building codes and regulations. Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Ability to work under pressure and efficiently solve problems.
