We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Draftsperson with experience in **AutoCAD**, to produce plans and compile technical documentation. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD**. * Minimum 6 months of experience producing architectural, structural, or installation plans. * Compilation and presentation of **technical documentation** (plans, descriptive reports, specifications, etc.). * Ability to **read and interpret plans**. * Organization, attention to detail, and responsibility. * Basic proficiency in **Microsoft Office suite**. * Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines. * Preferred: knowledge of **SketchUp, Revit, or Photoshop**. Responsibilities: * Preparation and modification of technical plans in AutoCAD. * Generation of construction details and schematics according to project requirements. * Organization and compilation of complete technical documentation packages for submission or approval. * Review and adjustment of plans based on feedback from the technical team. * Collaboration with architects, engineers, and other professionals in the field. * Ensuring correct nomenclature and coding of plans and documents. * Meeting delivery deadlines and established quality standards.
