Knowledge of labor laws and occupational safety. 2. Experience in recruitment and personnel selection. 3. Proficiency in designing and delivering training courses. · Labor laws and occupational safety. · Recruitment and selection (operational, administrative). · Labor market trends and recruitment platforms (e.g., social media, OCC, Indeed, Computrabajo). · Training: design, delivery, and administration of training courses (including DC I, 2, 3, and 4\) . Sirce platform. · Intermediate Excel. Work schedule: Monday to Saturday; weekly payment.
