Join this great company as: Civil Architectural Designer Main responsibilities: * Conduct in-person or virtual interviews with clients to understand project requirements and initiate design work. * Perform topographic surveys at construction sites to identify the physical conditions of the land. * Design civil architectural plans for preliminary projects to obtain client approval before starting construction. * Create renders and/or virtual walkthroughs to visualize the final proposal. * Present preliminary and final designs to address any questions regarding the design. * Prepare AS-BUILT drawings after construction, making necessary adjustments so that designs match the actual built work. Requirements: * Education: Degree in Civil Architecture Engineering * Experience: 2 years in civil construction and design drafting. * Good customer service skills. * Software proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit, Etabs, and Sap2000. * Willingness to travel. * Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles. * Valid driver's license.
