Supervise flawless execution of current processes and policies, implementing actions that enhance profitability and expense control. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities \- Ensure quality standards in service delivery by monitoring flawless execution of team processes and activities. \- Ensure compliance with business-defined metrics, generate sales reports, and conduct branch operational checklists. \- Execute actions to maintain accurate inventory records, proper product facing and placement, as well as branch order and cleanliness. \- Evaluate supervised staff using performance metrics, feedback sessions, and identification of training needs. Requirements \- Completed high school education.
