




**Data and BI Engineering Specialist (Power BI \+ Python)** Full time Advanced English Work mode: Hybrid **Job Responsibilities:** * Design and maintain data pipelines using tools such as **Databricks**, **Python**, and **PySpark** to process large volumes of data. * Develop efficient data models based on **star and snowflake schemas**, including fact and dimension tables. * Build robust semantic models in **Power BI Desktop** and **Tabular Editor**, defining relationships, hierarchies, calculated columns, and measures. * Optimize data model performance by applying techniques such as partitioning, incremental refresh, and aggregations. * Write complex expressions in **DAX** to solve advanced business logic, including time intelligence and context optimization. * Design dashboards and interactive reports following **UX/UI** best practices, with intuitive visualizations, bookmarks, tooltips, and drill\-throughs. * Translate business requirements into clear and effective analytical solutions, communicating insights to both technical and non-technical teams. * Integrate processes with version control tools (**Git**) and apply **CI/CD** concepts in Power BI Service. * Work with cloud platforms such as **Azure Data Lake** and **Azure Synapse**. **Technical Requirements:** * Practical experience with **Power BI**, **Python**, **SQL**, and **PySpark**. * Knowledge of semantic model design and optimization. * Proficiency in **DAX** for creating complex measures and KPIs. * Familiarity with performance tools such as **DAX Studio** and **Performance Analyzer**. * Experience in distributed data environments and cloud architectures (preferably Azure). **Desirable:** * Certifications in Power BI, Azure, or related technologies. * Knowledge of agile methodologies and DevOps best practices for BI. * Prior experience in enterprise environments or large\-scale projects.
