At **ICEMÉXICO** we are looking for a **Production and Design Assistant** to join our creative team. We are seeking someone proactive, passionate about editing and design, and enthusiastic about digital content and social media trends, to support the production, management, and design of digital content, ensuring proper scheduling, publishing, and optimization of audiovisual clips across various platforms, as well as assisting in editing, design, and quality control tasks. **Main Responsibilities** * Schedule and plan daily clips. * Review and upload clips to **TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook**. * Create titles, descriptions, and tags focused on **viral strategies**. * Analyze post performance and adjust strategies accordingly. * Assist in editing and design for urgent requests. * Create and maintain an updated content management archive. * Coordinate with external social media support teams (partners). **Support / Collaboration Activities** * Assist with **digital customer service** tasks when required. * Supervise audiovisual content from other collaborators during periods of high technical workload. **Requirements** * **Education:** Technical degree, TSU, or Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Design, Audiovisual Production, Digital Marketing, or related field. * **Experience:** At least 1 year in production, design, or social media management. **Technical Skills:** * Video and graphic design software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar). * Social media content scheduling and management. * Digital metrics analysis. **Skills:** Creativity, organization, teamwork, attention to detail, and adaptability. **We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Professional growth and development plan. * Excellent work environment. * Opportunity to be part of an innovative company in training and digital marketing.
