Médica Santa Carmen, Mexico's largest renal health network—with eleven clinics across the Bajío region and Mexico City—seeks top-tier Nurses to join our team in San Miguel de Allende, Gto.
We seek individuals of utmost honesty, professional ethics, intelligence, and motivation to grow and excel. This position requires foundational knowledge, education, and experience related to:
\+ Knowledge of various pathologies and how to intervene as a nurse
\+ Comprehensive "head-to-toe" assessment of all organ systems and functions in our patients
\+ Aseptic techniques, infection control, and strict hygiene practices
\+ Measurement of vital signs—including pulse, blood pressure, weight, height, oxygen saturation, etc.
\+ Collection of laboratory samples and specimen handling
\+ Familiarity with major laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging studies
\+ Administration of medications, including safety protocols, risks, indications, and proper application methods
\+ Patient therapy and mobility support—particularly fall prevention
\+ Knowledge of tubes, lines, and catheters
\+ Wound care and dressing changes
\+ Compassion and empathy
These positions carry out daily responsibilities under the supervision of—and in support of—our diverse services focused on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of kidney diseases, including:
* Hemodialysis
* Peritoneal Dialysis
* Laboratory Services
* Nephrology Consultation
* Vascular Procedures
We offer an extensive renal health training program covering hemodialysis and BLS/ACLS certification. We seek proactive, committed individuals whose conduct embodies Médica Santa Carmen’s core values. Basic competency in mathematics, chemistry, physiology, anatomy, and English is required. Strong passion for continuous improvement, attention to detail, and openness to change are essential. Candidates must achieve objectives with minimal or no direct supervision, guided by specific goals and metrics.
Requirements:
* Technical nursing degree or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (degree certificate and professional license)
* Prior experience NOT required (we provide paid training)
