**Join Arestronic!** **Federal Permits Technical Designer (SCT and CAPUFE)** We are a leading company in the **management and development of telecommunications projects** nationwide, specialized in regulatory and technical compliance with federal agencies such as the **Secretariat of Infrastructure, Communications and Transport (SICT)** and **Federal Roads and Bridges (CAPUFE).** We are seeking **professionals in Civil Engineering, Transportation or Landways Engineering, Surveying or Geomatics Engineering**, with technical knowledge in **managing permits with government agencies**, to join our team as **Federal Permits Technical Designer (SCT and CAPUFE)**. **Job Description** The **Federal Permits Technical Designer (SCT and CAPUFE)** will be responsible for the **preparation of drawings, technical specifications, and regulatory documentation** required to obtain **federal infrastructure permits** related to telecommunications and construction. **Responsibilities** **Technical Design and Documentation** * Prepare and review civil or telecommunications infrastructure project designs according to SCT and CFE technical guidelines. * Manage permits, assessments, and authorizations with SCT, municipalities, and federal or state agencies. * Coordinate field surveys, topographic maps, calculation reports, and supporting technical documentation. * Verify alignment compatibility with highways, pipelines, roads, and federal zones. * Prepare descriptive reports, technical reports, and execution drawings based on current regulations. * Track procedures and keep the management and authorization progress log updated. * Collaborate with engineering, legal, and construction departments to ensure each project's overall feasibility. **Permit Management and Regulatory Compliance** * Review and apply applicable federal and state regulations for telecommunications projects. * Compile technical files for construction permits, right-of-way usage, or infrastructure deployment. * Follow up on procedures with the **Secretariat of Infrastructure, Communications and Transport (SICT)** and other regulatory entities. **Interdisciplinary Coordination** * Work with engineers, managers, and project leads to ensure proper technical and documentary integration. * Address observations or requirements issued by authorities until final authorization is obtained. **Requirements** * **Education:** Graduate or near-graduate in **Civil Engineering, Transportation or Landways Engineering, Surveying or Geomatics Engineering.** * **Minimum Experience:** 1 year of verifiable experience managing permits with SICT or related government agencies. * **Technical Skills:** * Advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD 2D/3D**. * Experience with **Google Earth, QGIS, or georeferencing software**. * Knowledge of infrastructure, telecommunications, and land-use regulations. * **Desirable:** Prior experience in federal or state permit processing (SICT, SCT, CAPUFE, CFE). **Skills and Competencies** * Accuracy and attention to detail. * Analytical and technical ability to interpret drawings. * Organization and management of multiple projects. * Responsibility, initiative, and results-oriented mindset. * Effective communication and multidisciplinary teamwork. **Schedule** **Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 hours**, with one hour allocated for meals. **We Offer** * **Salary:** $10,000.00 – $12,000.00 MXN monthly, **based on experience and skills**. * **On-site work** in a professional and collaborative environment. * Growth opportunities in **high-impact federal projects**. * Continuous training in SICT regulations and document management. **How to Apply** Send your **updated CV** and **portfolio or work samples (if available)** to the email: **Subject:** *Application – Special Projects Designer* **Application Deadline:** December 31, 2025 **Expected Start Date:** January 15, 2026 **Become part of Arestronic and contribute to the development of strategic infrastructure in federal telecommunications and connectivity!** Job type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Application question(s): * AutoCAD level?
