**Grupo FAME is seeking for an Automotive Dealership:** **DIGITAL SALES COORDINATOR** **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. * Age: 26 years or older * CRM knowledge * Automotive industry knowledge * Customer service and attention * Communication and negotiation skills * Digital marketing and telemarketing * Valid driver’s license **FUNCTIONS / ACTIVITIES:** Generate closure reports, identify opportunities, and establish prospecting strategies through analysis and assignment of the database to advisors Ensure a customer portfolio for prospecting Increase the customer portfolio acquired through the BDC Ensure compliance with departmental operational standards and guidelines Evaluate performance of sales and digital channels within the BDC Develop lead generation strategies.
