**Join our SIG team as…** **Digitalization Engineer** Identify, define, and implement digital transformation and Industry 4\.0 solutions in production processes and machinery, using databases to optimize the value chain, improve quality, reduce costs, and support decision-making, aligned with the company's strategy and value map. **Responsibilities** * Develop solutions to optimize processes through the implementation of digitalization technologies and/or Industry 4\.0 across the value chain to improve quality and/or reduce resources. * Propose new solutions, participate in definition meetings, and manage projects; * Develop new information technology or Industry 4\.0 solution providers to reduce costs and improve the production process; * Supervise and ensure third-party service execution, guaranteeing facility operations and changes comply with internal and external standards; * Apply change management concepts to train and support employees taking on new projects, ensuring results delivery based on full project assimilation by the client and process engineering; * Support teams from university partnerships to drive industry development projects involving digital transformation topics; * Monitor digitalization projects developed with SIG global teams to pilot initiatives at the Querétaro plant and report any deviations from project schedule and scope. * Analyze system behavior during implementation or via any data source to prevent issues or identify barriers that could impact project outcomes. **Requirements** * Engineering degree in Mechatronics, Computer Systems, or a related technical field * Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, Power BI (Intermediate) * Knowledge of MES (Basic) * Work experience: 3\-5 years * English (Intermediate) **We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Statutory and additional benefits **SIG Competencies** We seek individuals committed to achieving consistent results, even under challenging circumstances—employees who foster an environment where everyone is motivated to give their best and help the organization reach its goals.
